NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22nd day of January, 2026 and entered in CASE NO.: 2025 CA 000083, of the County Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Lake Cummings Estates Homeowners Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Quentin Jose Garcia, Shrirley Garcia a/k/a Shirley Garcia, Linea Garcia, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development and Publix Employees Credit Union, I will sell to the highest and best bidder at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M., on the 24th day of March, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 39, Lake Cummings Estates, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 139, Pages 26 and 27, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
This property is located at the street address of: 725 Lake Cummings Blvd., Lake Alfred, FL 33850
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the foreclosure sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
