NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF THE PETITION AND ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE BOUNDARIES OF THE PALMETTO RIDGE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 190, FLORIDA STATUTES




















In compliance with the provisions of Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing beginning at 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at the Historic Pasco County Courthouse Boardroom 2nd Floor, 37918 Meridian Avenue, Dade City Florida 33525, to consider a petition and the adoption of an ordinance to amend the boundaries of the Palmetto Ridge Community Development District.
The above map outlines the land to be removed by amending the boundaries of the Palmetto Ridge Community Development District. The petitioner has proposed amending the boundaries of the Palmetto Ridge Community Development District in accordance with Section 190.012(1), Florida Statutes.
