NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2025 CA 004083 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Carrington Mortgage Services LLC, is Plaintiff and Virginia A. Hansley; Unknown Spouse of Virginia A. Hansley; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com/ at 9:00 a.m. on the 21st day of April, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ONE HALF OF LOT 8294, BEING THE ONE HALF ADJACENT TO LOT 8295 AND ALL OF LOTS 8295 AND 8296, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 30, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE(S) 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 1016 Kimball Road, Venice, Florida 34293
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff’s mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
