NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell all the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
Unit 10205, QUAIL’S RUN, PHASE X, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1337, Page 1727, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 13, Page 24, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida. With the following street address: 10 Quails Run Blvd., #8, Englewood, Florida, 34223.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on April 9, 2026.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
