NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, on the 21st day of October, 2021, in the cause wherein Casey Key Surf Club LLC is plaintiff, and John T Degrasse and Joy N Degrasse are defendants, being case number 19CA2116NC, in said Court, I, Kurt A. Hoffman, as Sheriff of Sarasota County, Florida, have levied upon all the right, title and interest of the defendants, in and to the following described real property, to-wit:
Lot 2, Block 12, First Addition to North Port Charlotte Estates, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 19, Page(s) 29, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

All bidders must have Drivers License with them and must register with civil clerk at location of sale prior to start time of sale.
I shall offer this property for sale at Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office located at 2071 Ringling Blvd Sarasota, FL 34237, in the County of Sarasota, State of Florida, on April 7, 2026, at the hour of 1:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. I will offer for sale all of the said defendants’ right, title, and interest in the aforesaid real property, at public auction and will sell the same subject to taxes, all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, to the highest and best bidder for CASH IN HAND. The proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs and the satisfaction of the above-described execution as prescribed by F.S.S. 56.27.
