NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 19, 2026 in Case No.: 2025-CA-002607-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein TH MSR HOLDINGS, LLC is Plaintiff, and, KARA L. HAWLEY A/K/A KARA LAURYN HAWLEY, RALPH CARMEN DIXON JR., U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, and GLEN OAKS MANOR HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, the Office of Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 A.M. on-line at https://sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 9th day of April 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 93, GLEN OAKS MANOR HOMES, PHASE I, A HOMES ASSOCIATION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 13, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Also known as 3752 GLEN OAKS MANOR DR, SARASOTA, FL 34232 (the “Property”).
together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
