TO: ALL PERSONS, FIRMS AND CORPORATIONS OWNING, HAVING OR CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN OR LIEN ON THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED PROPERTY.
Notice is given pursuant to § 932.701 to § 932.704, Florida Statutes, the Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act, that the State of Florida, Office of the Attorney General, Department of Legal Affairs (“SOF, OAG, DLA”) and the North Port Police Department (NPPD) seized the above-described property. The Court has issued an Order Finding Probable Cause. All persons or entities who have a legal interest in the subject property are required to serve a copy of your answer, asserting any affirmative defenses with the Clerk of the Court and the undersigned counsel no later than April 2, 2026. Failure to file your defenses will result in a default being entered against you.
