NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 23, 2026 in Civil Case No. 29-2024-CA-000812 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is Plaintiff and Peter Nevai, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, VICTOR D. CRIST, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 26th day of March, 2026 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 10, of Pebble Creek Village Unit Number 4, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 62 Page 26, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Together with a portion of Lot 9 of Pebble Creek Village Unit Number 4, said portion of Lot 9 being more particularly described as follows: Begin at the most Northeasterly corner of Lot 9 and run thence South 17 degrees 31 minutes 45 seconds West, 28.88 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence South 17 degrees 31 minutes 45 seconds West, 3.56 feet; thence South 75 degrees 04 minutes 07 seconds West, 5.00 feet; thence North 14 degrees 55 minutes 53 seconds West, 3.00 feet; thence North 75 degrees 04 minutes 07 seconds East, 6.91 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
