NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 20, 2026 and entered in Case No. 24-CA-004327, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and MARY F. JACKSON; LATOYA DENISE FRANKLIN; RUDY FRANKLIN; CASSANDRA TASHUNDA FRANKLIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY F. JACKSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CASSANDRA TASHUNDA FRANKLIN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; AQUA FINANCE INC.; SOUTHSHORE BAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. A/K/A SOBELLA MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC; SOUTHSHORE BAY CLUB, LLC; are defendants. VICTOR CRIST, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on March 23, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 11, FOREST BROOKE PHASE 3C, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 139, PAGES 9 THROUGH 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
