NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Fourth Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 22, 2022, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 24, 2026, dated and entered in 2020-CA-9294 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, wherein Millen Financial Inc., is the Plaintiff and Curtis Carter, et. al. is the Defendant Victor D. Crist as the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at, 10:00 AM on April 1, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Fourth Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Order rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 6, WINSTON PARK UNIT NO 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
More commonly known as: 1008 s. 70TH St., Tampa, FL. 33619 (“Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statute, Section 45.031.
