NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment dated February 24, 2026, entered in Case No.: 25-CA-003967 of the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, are the Defendants, KAREN A. DISTELRATH, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KAREN A. DISTELRATH, DOUGLAS J. RICHARDSON A/K/A DOUGLAS RICHARDSON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DOUGLAS J. RICHARDSON A/K/A DOUGLAS RICHARDSON, BRIAN SWEENEY, UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. on June 25, 2026, on the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
