NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 19, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. 25-CA-003219 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court, Clerk of Court of Lee County, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 AM on day of April 16, 2026 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Lots 9 and 10, Block 1882, Cape Coral Unit 45 Part 1, a subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 21, Pages 135 through 150, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
