Meyer a/k/a D.L. Meyer; Coastal Community Bank; United States of America on behalf of the Small Business Administration are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the April 9, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 53 AND 54, BLOCK 1259, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 18, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 96 TO 120, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
