Myers, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and Carl W. Westcott, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Kevin C. Karnes, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 26 day of March, 2026 at 9:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 4 FEET OF LOT 7 AND THE NORTH 67 FEET OF LOT 8, BLOCK 1, FIESTA VILLAGE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 65, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
