UNIT 713, OF WHISKEY CREEK ADULT CONDOMINIUM II, SECTION B, PHASE III, ACCCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1529, PAGE 1725, AND AS AMENDED, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 1, AND AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
