NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 18, 2026, entered in Case No. 2025-CA-002999 of the Circuit Court, in the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein TRUNORTH STAR CREDIT ACQUISITION I LLC is the Plaintiff, and BUMHAG LLC and ANDREA HAGAN are the Defendants, the office of Ken Burke, CPA, Clerk of the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, or their successor, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on April 8, 2026 beginning at 10:00 AM EST, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
