NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28, 2026, and entered in Case No. 25-004195-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and BRIAN KYES, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court for PINELLAS County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 31ST day of MARCH, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
