YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for homeowners assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, CLEARVIEW OAKS MANAGEMENT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit No. 149, of CLEARVIEW OAKS BUILDING 9, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 16714, Page 1758, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 4153 58th Street N., #149S, Kenneth City, Florida, 33709
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Stephan C. Nikoloff, Esquire, of Greenberg Nikoloff, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
