NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure of Landlord’s Lien Against Personal Property, dated February 25, 2026, and entered in Case No.: 2025-CC-000180 of the County Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which WAYNE C. RICKERT D/B/A HIGHPOINTE VILLAGE MOBILE HOME PARK A/K/A HIGH POINT VILLAGE is the Plaintiff and COLLIN EARL LINKLETTER AND ROLAND EDWARD CREASER; if the above Defendants are alive and if one or more of said Defendants are dead, their unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, assignees, grantees, creditors, or other parties claiming by, through, under, or against said Defendants, and all unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under, or against a named Defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title, or interest in the property herein described as JOHN DOE are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida, at 10:00 a.m. on the 8th day of April, 2026, the following described property, as set forth in said Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure of Landlord’s Lien Against Personal Property:
The mobile home situated at 6030 150th Avenue North, Lot 13, Clearwater, FL 33760, being a 2001 Mobile Home bearing Vehicle Identification Numbers N18440A/N18440B.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner, as of the date of the filing of Plaintiff’s complaint in this action, must file a claim with the clerk of court within sixty (60) days after the foreclosure sale.
