SAID DECLARATION IS AMENDED IN OR BOOK 3462, PAGE 599, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS AS REFLECTED IN THE NONEXCLUSIVE EASEMENT RECORDED IN O.R.
