COLE A/K/A RICHARD COLE; THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; VELOCITY INVESTMENTS, LLC are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 25, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
