NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 21, 2026, and entered in 25-002450-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE BANK OF NEW YORK, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE CIT MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, 2007-1 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and DANIEL JACOBS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIEL JACOBS; JOSHUA JACOBS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSHUA JACOBS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR ACCREDITED HOME LENDERS, INC; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURT OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s).
