NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 17, 2026 and entered in Case No. 2025-CA-009609-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein FINANCE OF AMERICA REVERSE LLC is Plaintiff and GERALD REAGAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GERALD REAGAN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE FEDERAL HOUSING COMMISSIONER; CHANCELLORS ROW HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; are defendants.
