NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and Other Relief dated March 03, 2026, issued in and for Orange County, Florida, in Case No. 2025-CA-001692-O, wherein BRIGHTHOUSE LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and JBET FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY and JAVIER SAUL BENGOA are the Defendants.
