NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 15, 2025 and the Order Granting Plaintiff’s Ex Parte Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on February 20, 2026, in Case No. 2022-CC-014013-O, of the County Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein QUALICAR SERVICE CENTER CO., JULIO COELHO, and 100% BOBCAT, LLC, are the defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.orange.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on the 21st day of April 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
100% INTEREST IN THE OWNERSHIP OF 100% BOBCAT, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, PER FLORIDA STATUTE 605.0503(4).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
