Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure Damages dated March 6, 2026 entered in Case No. 2025-CA-861 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, in which WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee for Residential Mortgage Aggregation Trust, is the Plaintiff, and CARPENTER COMPANIES FLORIDA LLC, et. al., is the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash to be conducted in an online sale at http://www.charlotte.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. on April 22, 2026, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described property set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Damages:
Lot 33, Block 5300, SECOND REPLAT IN PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION SECTION NINETYSIX, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 22A, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Together with all rents, issues and profits.
Property Address: 528 Rose Apple Circle, Port Charlotte, Florida 33954.
