BEAM AND DONALD L BEAM, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, ANGELINA ANGEL COLONNESO, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://manatee.realforeclose.com on April 9, 2026 at 11:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 1/2 OF LOTS 9 AND 12, BLOCK 5, FAIRVIEW PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 115, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1708 WEST 12TH AVENUE, BRADENTON , FL 34205 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
