NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on March 5, 2026 and entered in Case No. 412025CA002007CAAXMA in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein LORI DELPONTE AND STEPHEN CHRISTOPHER DELPONTE, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, ANGELINA “ANGEL” COLONNESO, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://manatee.realforeclose.com on April 8, 2026 at 11:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK A, ELMCO HEIGHTS, SECTION-ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 44, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 6116 7TH AVE DR W, BRADENTON, FL 34209 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
