NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28, 2023; the Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motion for Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 23, 2024; and the Order Granting Plaintiff’s Second Motion for Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 26, 2026, each entered in Case No. 2023 CA 00253 in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein PALAW, LLC, is the Plaintiff, and FEDERICO SANCHEZ-LUNA, ANSELMO SANCHEZ-LUNA, ARELY DOE, F/K/A UNKNOWN PARTY IN POSSESSION #1, DILCIA MELANIA GALDAMEZ, F/K/A UNKNOWN PARTY IN POSSESSION #2, are the Defendants, that the undersigned Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on April 1, 2026, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, PEACOCK’S SUBDIVISION SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
