YOU ARE NOTIFIED that Plaintiff, PARADISE BAY ESTATES, INC. has filed an action seeking to eject you and quiet tile to real property identified as 10315 Cortez Road West, Unit 62-2, Bradenton, FL 3421, located in MANATEE County, Florida, and more particularly identified as follows:
Unit #62-2 of PARADISE BAY ESTATES, a Residential Cooperative, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 1446, Pages 7204-7262, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida,
upon which lies the following double-wide mobile home:

and on or before 30 days from the first date of publication of this Notice, you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Michael E. Schuchat, Esq., Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is Lutz, Bobo & Telfair, P. A., Two North Tamiami Trail, Suite 500, Sarasota, Florida 34236, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
