NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment, entered on the 25th day of February, 2026, in Case No. 11-2024-CA-002326-0001-01 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein judgment was entered in favor of Plaintiff, American Momentum Bank, a Texas Banking Corporation, Crystal Kinzel, Collier County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at the foreclosure sale at Collier County Courthouse, 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room in Customer Service, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on April 16, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
6361 PELICAN BAY BLVD., #202, NAPLES, FL 34108 UNIT 202 OF ST. LUCIA, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1461, PAGE(S) 2077, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
