NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 20, 2026, in Case No. 2025CA-002945-A000-BA, of the County Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, in which NORTHRIDGE ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and Alyssia Merie Alvares, Ray Anthony Williams and United States of America, Acting on Behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development are the Defendant(s), Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https://www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on May 21, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 128, NORTHRIDGE ESTATES, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 167, Page 6, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida and all amendments thereto.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNERS AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
