NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is Plaintiff and MARILYN A. HOUSTON; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; CROSS RIVER BANK, are defendants. Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court for POLK County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on the 9TH day of APRIL, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH COMMUNITY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 29 AND 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
