NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated February 19, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. 2025CA003446A000BA in the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff and NICOLE MARIE COLON VENTURA; CARLOS MANUEL SEPULVEDA CARRASQUILLO; ALFORD OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants, Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at www.polk.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on April 7, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
