NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated Feburary 24, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. 2023CA004423CAAXWS in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF GUNTHER GONDER, DECEASED; PAIGE NOVENSON; HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF HUNTER’S LAKE INC.; DENISE L.
