YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose Mortgage covering the following real and personal property described as follows, to wit:
Unit 245, Building 11, MISSION LAKES OF VENICE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1498, page 783, as amended, and according to the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 18, page 24, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Philip Stecco, Esq., Lender Legal PLLC, 1800 Pembrook Drive, Suite 250, Orlando, Florida 32810 and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court on or before 30 days from the first publication, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
