AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT SERIES I TRUST, Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF DONNA A. MIGLIORI, DECEASED, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Circuit Court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on April 21, 2026 at 09:00 AM, the following described property:
LOT 56, DENHAM ACRES, UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 52 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.302.
