NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 11, 2026 and entered in Case No. 25-CA-008282, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein PLANET HOME LENDING, LLC is Plaintiff and BRENDA J. ELZE A/K/A BRENDA ELZE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRENDA J. ELZE A/K/A BRENDA ELZE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND; are defendants. VICTOR CRIST, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on March 31, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 1, DURANT WOODS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE(S) 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
