MANGROVE POINT AND MANGROVE MANOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
NOTICE OF RESCHEDULED MARCH MEETING
The Board of Supervisors (“Board”) of the Mangrove Point and Mangrove Manor Community Development District (“District”) will convene for a regular meeting on March 24, 2026 instead of March 25, 2026, as previously scheduled. The meeting will be held at 3:00 p.m., at the Hilton Garden Inn Tampa/Riverview/Brandon, 4328 Garden Vista Drive, Riverview, Florida 33578.
The primary purpose of the meeting is to transition the Board Members to qualified electors of the District, as well as consider any other business which may properly come before it. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida law. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. A copy of the agenda for the meeting may be obtained at the offices of the District Manager, c/o Wrathell, Hunt & Associates, LLC, 2300 Glades Road, Suite 410W, Boca Raton, Florida 33431, Ph: (561) 571-0010 (“District Manager’s Office”), during normal business hours or by visiting the District’s website, https://mangrovepointmanorcdd.net/.

Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person will need a record of proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
