NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 06, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. 25-CA-001851 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein LOANDEPOT.COM, LLC is Plaintiff and ROBIN DAVIS,, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, VICTOR D. CRIST, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County On-Line Public Auction website: https://hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on April 20, 2026, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure to-wit:
