NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2nd day of March, 2026, and entered in Case No. 25-CA-002549 , of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, STEPHANIE VAZQUEZ A/K/A STEPHANIE C. VAZQUEZ, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEPHANIE VAZQUEZ A/K/A STEPHANIE C. VAZQUEZ CHRISTOPHER GRAMEGNA, CHRISTOPHER VAZQUEZ A/K/A CHRISTOPHER S. VAZQUEZ, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTOPHER VAZQUEZ A/K/A CHRISTOPHER S. VAZQUEZ AND ESPLANADE LAKE CLUB HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are defendants. Kevin C. Karnes as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 16th day of April, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

AS RECORDED IN PLAT INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2021000402902, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE
