NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure (as to Count II – Action for Reformation of Mortgage and Agreement and Count III – Action to Foreclose the Mortgage) entered on March 2, 2026, in the above-referenced matter pending in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, the Clerk of this Court will sell the following described property situated in Lee County, Florida:
Lots 39 and 40, Block 4296, CAPE CORAL UNIT 61, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 21, Pages 4 through 20, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
