The action was instituted in the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court, Lee County, Florida, and is styled VVV INVESTMENTS, LLC, a Florida For Profit Limited Liability Corporation, vs Peter Foreman Life Estate, Lee County Development Services Code Enforcement, Apollo Group Holdings, LLCC, and Personal Unknown, Claiming any Legal or Equitable Right, Title, Estate Lien Or Interest in the Property Described in the Complaint Adverse to Plaintiff Title, Or Any Cloud upon Plaintiff Title Thereto.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Neil Morales, Esq., Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 2272 Airport Road South, Suite 209, Naples, FL 34112, on or before April 20, 2026 and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Neil Morales, Esq. or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition. The Court has authority in this suit to enter a judgment or decree in the Plaintiff’s interest which will be binding upon you.
