NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 27, 2026, entered in Civil Case No. 24-003341-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST VIII-C , is Plaintiff and MARCUS CLARK ; JANAY CLARK, are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, KEN BURKE, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o’clock a.m. on April 14, 2026 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
