Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 25-004072-CO the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 3207-A, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF WEST SHORE VILLAGE FOUR, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 29, PAGES 21 THROUGH 29, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED OCTOBER 20, 1978, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4765, PAGES 516 THROUGH 569, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDEO SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
