The Clerk of the Court, KEN BURKE, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on March 26, 2026 at 10:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

and commonly known as: 1116 EAST OAKWOOD STREET, TARPON SPRINGS, FL 34689 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
