NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in case #25-003602-CI pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which HLI INVESTMENTS AND FUNDING – FUND 2, LLC is the Plaintiff, and ELITE DREAMS CONSTRUCTION CORP.; ROBERT W. COOK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT W. COOK; WANDER RESIDENCES OF TIERRA VERDE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; PRIORITY MARINE CONSTRUCTION; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2, are the Defendants, the undersigned Clerk will sell the following property located in Pinellas County, Florida, and described as:
Unit 34, Building C, of Wander Residences of Tierra Verde, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 7331, Page(s) 1497, and all subsequent amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
to the highest and best bidder for cash on April 2, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
