NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28, 2026, and entered in 25-002052-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE FREDDIE MAC SEASONED LOANS STRUCTURED TRANSACTION TRUST, SERIES 2018-2 is the Plaintiff and SHAESTA G. HUMAYUN-WAHEED A/K/A SHAESTA HUMAYUN-WAHEED; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHAESTA G. HUMAYUN-WAHEED A/K/A SHAESTA HUMAYUN-WAHEED; HUMAYUN KASHIF-WAHEED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; SUNSET BAY PROPERTY OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
