NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 09, 2026, and entered in 24-003395-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING is the Plaintiff and SHELLY ANN FERGUSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHELLY ANN FERGUSON N/K/A MICHAEL GREENLEAF are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 14, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
