NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 26, 2026, and entered in 24-002945-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE FREDDIE MAC SEASONED LOANS STRUCTURED TRANSACTION TRUST, SERIES 2023-1 is the Plaintiff and RONNIE D. BOWER, JR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RONNIE D. BOWER, JR.; BRIDGEWATER PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; LVNV FUNDING LLC are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 31, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
